Jika server bisa di ping tapi whm/cpanel tidak bisa diakses,
kemungkinan cpanel service mati.
Login ke putty dan cek status cpanel
service cpanel status
Jika dijumpai hasil spt di bawah ini artinya cpanel mati.
root@usa3 [~]# service cpanel status
cpsrvd dead but pid file exists
entropychat is stopped
melange is stopped
stunnel is stopped
interchange is stopped
qrunner is stopped
Hidupkan kembali cpanel dengan command
service cpanel stop
service cpanel start
